The WEEE directive – Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment came into force in January 2007, its aim is to reduce the amount of electrical and electronic equipment becoming produced and to encourage everyone to reuse, recycle and recover it.

Companies and organisations may need help with recycling their unwanted equipment in order to comply with the WEEE directive. Computers and monitors in particular need to be discarded in an ecologically and environmentally friendly manner.

Comlogic can arrange for your equipment to be collected and disposed of in accordance with the WEEE directive and importantly we can ensure the safe removal of any data stored on the devices in order that you comply with the Data Protection Act of 1998.
